On the west of Nusa Penida, about 50-60 minutes from Buyuk/Toyapakeh harbour. General hours are 07:00-18:00. For snorkelling use a licensed operator and rent a life jacket. Sea conditions can change fast in the windy season (June-September); ask about daily conditions.
