How we shape a day
Send your list on WhatsApp. We order the stops, work out the distance between them, and check whether they all fit before the sun goes down. The draft usually reaches you the same day. For scale, a Ubud day can hold four stops: start at Tegallalang at 7am while the light is good, do a melukat at Tirta Empul, then close at Monkey Forest before the gates shut around 5pm.
- We do not sell gate tickets or fixed packages. Tickets, meals, activities, tips, and overtime beyond what we agreed on are paid on the spot.
- What we do handle: a private car, a driver, fuel, and normal parking. One car for your group only.
How much fits in a day
Three to four stops, drive time and queues included. On east-side routes we leave between 07:00 and 07:30 to stay ahead of the traffic, and after 09:30 if you would rather have a slower start. Want to linger somewhere? We drop another stop. The plan can still change until the day before, through your agent.
Who guides the day
- The person who answers your WhatsApp is the person who guides that day, not a bot or a call center. Read the agent profiles first, then pick.
- You get the day's plan before you pay anything. If a stop runs late or the road is slow, your agent re-times the rest of the day and tells you the choices.
- A private car for your group only. Adding a stop that was not on the list is fine, as long as it still fits.
Two agents, two styles
Ni Made Suari (Indonesian, Balinese) is the pick if you want the temple etiquette and the stories behind it, at an easy pace. Galang Paragon (Indonesian, English, Javanese) guides in English, and can bring a drone for photos and video.
What Rute Naya means
Rute is the order of the stops and the time they take. Naya is the guiding. Two words for what we do every day: shape the route, then lead you through it.
