Privacy Policy

This page explains what rutenaya.com records, why, and how to stop or delete it. We collect as little as possible: no third-party advertising and no data sales.
Who controls the data

What we collect
When you open a page, we record the page address, the referring page, device and browser type, screen size, language, and a per-tab session ID. The IP address is not stored; only a daily hash that cannot be turned back into an address. When you press a WhatsApp button, we record the agent name, the page you came from, and the same IP hash. In the day planner, your start point, end point, and stop list stay in your browser; they are sent to the server only when you press calculate or create a share link.
Why we process it
To count which pages are used, fix dead ends, and know which agent was contacted. Without analytics we cannot tell a helpful page from an ignored one.
How long we keep it
Page views: 90 days. WhatsApp clicks: 180 days. Shared day links stay open for 30 days and the row is deleted after 60 days. Privacy choice: 12 months when accepted, 6 months when declined. The rn_vid visitor cookie lasts 12 months and is set only after you accept analytics.
Third parties
This site is served through Cloudflare. WhatsApp messages you send are processed by WhatsApp (Meta) under their policy. There is no third-party analytics service, no advertising pixel, and no data sale.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask for correction, ask for deletion, or withdraw analytics consent at any time. Withdrawal stops future recording; older data is deleted within 30 days of the request.
