Seaweed Farms in the shallow channel between Nusa Lembongan and Nusa Ceningan are working plots of local seaweed lines: rows of ropes and stakes that show clearly at low tide. Plan about 30 minutes from the Yellow Bridge or the shore. Viewing the plots is free. Check the tide table the day before, and do not walk on the cultivation lines. At high tide the rows often nearly disappear from view.

How To Get There
From South Bali / Ngurah Rai Airport, take a Sanur speedboat to Nusa Lembongan (Jungut Batu harbour or nearby), then about 10-15 minutes by scooter to the Yellow Bridge. The seaweed plots are usually viewed from the bridge or the Ceningan-side channel shore. The bridge is for pedestrians and motorbikes only - cars and vans cannot cross. There is no farm gate or dedicated parking; stop on the roadside or public space near the bridge. Ask your agent to order stops around the low-tide window.
