Tirta Empul is in Tampaksiring, about 30-40 minutes north of central Ubud, or 1-1.5 hours from Ngurah Rai Airport and South Bali via Gianyar. From Ubud, follow the road toward Tampaksiring; it is easy to find and parking sits near the entrance, so bring cash. Coming from Kintamani, it works as a stop on the way down to Ubud.
