Tulamben in east Karangasem is a black-sand village known for the USAT Liberty wreck for diving/snorkeling. Plan 60-90 minutes on the beach (longer for a dive). Beach access is generally free (0/0); dive/snorkel operator fees are separate. Needs an east day - do not force it from Kuta without an early start.
